Shipping Information

Orders are usually despatched the next working day. Occasionally and during busy periods order may be despatched the following day. 

All orders to mainland UK over £50 + VAT will qualify for free standard delivery. 

Despatch Times

  • Orders are despatched Monday to Friday.
  • Orders paid in full are usually despatched the following day. Order rates and courier issues may result in delays in parcel delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be sent out the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Services Explained

  • APC - Our standard delivery service. Items usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Full tracking details are available upon despatch from our customer services team. They can be contacted on LHE@GSGroupUK.com or can be contacted via WhatsApp on 0800 014 8313. Where available we will ensure your contact details are provided to the courier who will provide delivery updates.
  • Royal Mail – On occasion we may use The Royal Mail to despatch parcesl.

Delivery Costs Explained

All orders to mainland UK over £50 + VAT will qualify for free standard Hermes delivery. 

For orders under £50 + VAT, delivery will be charged at £4.99 +vat 

International Shipments:

We are unable to ship internationally.

    Terms and Conditions

    Our couriers deliver between Monday to Friday with exception of The Royal Mail who on occasion provide delivery on a Saturday, although this is not guaranteed. Our couriers include APC and The Royal Mail.

    Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery.

    Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Nail Harmony Essex as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to increase postage costs to certain postcodes to cover our own costs of service.
